Galway workshop achieves business transformation
Founded in 1999 in Galway, Ireland, Donnellan Auto Services has become a trusted name in vehicle servicing. What started as a one-bay operation servicing rental cars has grown into a full-service garage with seven bays, catering to a broad customer base.
John Donnellan, who took over the business entirely in 2009, has always embraced innovation to improve operations. In 2019, that pursuit led him to Garage Hive, a decision that has transformed how the workshop operates.

"We now have clear job tracking, so every team member knows what’s happening in real-time. The estimation and approval processes are seamless. Customers receive digital vehicle inspections with photos, making it easier for them to understand necessary repairs."
