Final call to join The Blend Social Hike 2025

Independent garages across the UK and Ireland still have the chance to be part of this year’s Blend Social Hike

Independent garages across the UK and Ireland still have the chance to be part of this year’s Blend Social Hike, taking place in just a couple of weeks’ time on Friday, 3rd October.

Participants will tackle Snowdon (Yr Wyddfa), the highest peak in Wales, ascending via the dramatic Pyg Track and descending along the picturesque Miners’ Path.

The 11 km loop offers breathtaking views, a real sense of achievement, and the opportunity to connect with peers from across the automotive industry.

“This event is about more than reaching the summit,” said Alex Lindley, Director at Garage Hive. “It’s about stepping away from the day job, connecting with others in the trade, and raising money for a cause that truly makes a difference.”

The hike once again supports Ben, the automotive industry charity that provides vital assistance to colleagues and their families facing financial hardship, mental health challenges, or other crises.

Last year, thanks to the generosity of garages and supporters, The Blend community raised £14,650 for Ben.
