GS Yuasa confirms partnership with Gordon Shedden for the 2026 BTCC season
A long-standing ambassador for the Yuasa brand, Shedden will once again compete at the highest level of UK motorsport, this time joining Laser Tools Racing with MB Motorsport as part of their two-car line-up for the new season.
The Scotsman, widely regarded as one of the most successful drivers in BTCC history, boasts an impressive career record including three championship titles and 50+ race victories, placing him amongst the all-time greats of the series.
For 2026, Shedden enters a new chapter in his career, linking up with Laser Tools Racing with MB Motorsport as the team continues to strengthen its presence on the BTCC grid. With early preparations already underway, the team is targeting a competitive season ahead, building on strong performances and momentum gained in recent years.
