Repairify raises £1,000 for Autoraise

Repairify has announced it raised £500 for its ‘Coffee for a Cause’ charity initiative in aid of Autoraise

Repairify’s barista served endless cups of coffee over three days at Automechanika UK last week on its stand Z70.  As a result, Repairify has announced it raised £500 for its ‘Coffee for a Cause’ charity initiative in aid of Autoraise, the vehicle repair industry charity, and matched it to bring the total to £1,000.

The donation will enable Autoraise to fund three apprenticeship toolkits, enabling young technicians to forge a career in the sector.

Phil Peace, international managing director for Repairify, says, “Our stand was busy and vibrant for three days at Automechanika, and we took the opportunity to provide visitors with coffee whilst supporting our colleagues at Autoraise.  Thanks to visitors’ generosity, we have been able to make a valuable contribution, enabling the charity to support the up-and-coming generation of technicians, which this industry critically needs.”

Emma Speed, managing director of Autoraise, says, “We’re so grateful to Repairify for raising £1,000 to purchase three more toolkits for our next generation of apprentices.  This donation will go towards securing more skilled technicians to ensure the sustainable future of the UK vehicle repair industry.”
