Schaeffler hands over £4,000 cheque to Ben at TechFest in Wembley

Schaeffler’s second REPXPERT Conference managed to raise a fantastic total of £4,000 for Ben, the automotive industry charity, which was presented to Ellen Plumer at the TechFest event in Wembley in the form of a giant ‘cheque’!

The REPXPERT Conference, which attracted more than 300 aftermarket professionals to the British Motor Museum in Warwickshire, combined a day of listening, learning and networking, alongside a fundraising push to benefit the sector's dedicated charity.

Over £1,500 was raised on the day from merchandise sales and donations from participants which, when added to the total raised from delegate registration fees, resulted in an overall donation to Ben of £4,000.

“Ben is our industry’s charity and they have done so much fantastic work for the aftermarket that we were pleased to be able to raise so much money for them, while also introducing their services to technicians who may not have been aware of the support available to them prior to the REPXPERT Conference.”
