15 Years of Dedication: Kayleigh Bradley’s Milestone in the Aftermarket
Glen Callum Associates (GCA) has marked a major career milestone for one of its longest-serving team members, Kayleigh Bradley, who this month celebrates 15 years with the business.
Since joining GCA in 2010, Kayleigh has built a strong reputation as a trusted recruitment partner in the automotive aftermarket. Known for her sharp organisational skills, reliability, and in-depth industry knowledge, she has played a vital role in supporting clients with complex projects and connecting countless professionals to new opportunities across the sector.
Over the years, Kayleigh has been instrumental in developing the international side of GCA’s business, ensuring clients receive the high-quality service that has become synonymous with the agency. Her understanding of the aftermarket – combined with her precision and professionalism – has made her the go-to contact for many within the industry.
Kayleigh originally came from a banking background, where she developed strong commercial awareness and customer service expertise. Transitioning into recruitment through GCA’s training programme, she quickly channelled these skills into building a successful career within the specialist field of automotive recruitment.
Outside the office, Kayleigh’s passion for the sector runs deep. Growing up around her grandfather’s collection of classic cars, she has hands-on experience prepping and showing vehicles ranging from E-Type Jaguars to Porsche 911s and Rolls Royce models, a background that gives her a genuine connection to the industry she now serves.
