APH Automotive highlights how PACT is driving digitalisation in the aftermarket

APH Automotive has praised the impact of PACT underlining how digital solutions are helping businesses

APH Automotive has praised the impact of PACT underlining how digital solutions are helping businesses across the aftermarket save time, improve visibility and operate more efficiently.

Having previously used TecCom, APH Automotive already understood the advantages electronic trading could bring. As order volumes and customer expectations continue to grow, the business recognised that a new digital solution was essential to keep processes streamlined and efficient.

Andy Hopkin, Director at APH Automotive, said: “We’ve used the system before, so we knew it would save us a significant amount of time when it came to processing orders. That previous experience made choosing PACT a straightforward decision.”

Since working with PACT to implement the system, APH Automotive has seen immediate operational benefits. One of the key advantages is improved transparency for customers, who can now easily view stock levels and place orders with greater confidence – and less errors.

Hopkin explained: “The ease of use is a major benefit for us, but also for our customers. They have the ability to see stock availability quickly, which makes the whole ordering process smoother and more efficient.”

By reducing the time spent on manual order processing, PACT is allowing APH Automotive to focus on broader business priorities and future growth.

Hopkin commented: “It’s already helping us save time, which means we can concentrate on other aspects of the business. We also expect it to help attract new customers who are looking to trade digitally.”
