Auto-Fasteners launches new e-commerce platform, to provide a faster and efficient way to source fasteners

The new platform has been developed to address common challenges in identifying and purchasing the correct parts. Users can search directly using OE part numbers or navigate via structured categories, including fastener type, vehicle brand, and application. This flexible approach enables customers to quickly locate the components they need, whether working from a known reference or broader vehicle information.

Each product listing presents key technical information in a clear and consistent format, including OE references, comparable part numbers, and core specifications. This allows users to confirm compatibility with confidence, while reducing the risk of ordering incorrect parts.

Alongside improved product discovery, the platform introduces a streamlined ordering process. Customers can review their basket with full pricing transparency, including shipping and taxes, before completing their purchase. The checkout supports multiple payment methods, including Apple Pay, and Google Pay, enabling a fast and convenient transaction process.

The platform is designed to support both individual buyers and high-volume customers. Bulk purchasing benefits include free delivery thresholds, helping customers achieve greater cost efficiency over time. In addition, customers can access reliable UK-wide delivery or opt for same-day warehouse collection where required, providing flexibility for time-sensitive orders.

Scott Simpson, Auto-Fasteners Owner & Managing Director, commented: “The launch of our e-commerce platform represents an important step in making fastener sourcing more efficient and accessible for our customers. The focus has been on simplifying the process - from finding the right part through to completing the order - while ensuring accuracy and reliability at every stage. We would encourage both new and existing customers to explore the platform and see the benefits for themselves.”
