Castrol will showcase its full product range at Automechanika 2025 (NEC Birmingham; 3 to 5 June) in partnership with its leading UK distributor, The Race Group, part of Certas Energy. Castrol and The Race Group will occupy three stands at this year’s event, displaying existing and heritage products alongside its extensive service offering, Castrol Service.

Showgoers will find The Race Group and Castrol team on stand S70 in the main Automechanika hall, where they can learn more about their partners and the many digital offerings available to workshops. New and current customers can benefit from collecting a voucher for £50 off their next order of 200 litres or more when visiting the stand.

Stand S70 will also give visitors the opportunity to take a photo with Castrol’s illuminated EDGE bottle, and if attendees post the photos on either their Instagram, Facebook or LinkedIn account and tag @TheRaceGroup, they will have the chance of winning one of three framed Melvyn Evans Motorsport (MEM) Rally Team photos signed by MEM driver Meirion Evans, as well as exclusive MEM Lego cars. Following the show, three posts will be randomly selected and contacted to win the signed MEM photos. Look out for Meirion Evans from the Melvyn Evans Motorsport (MEM) Rally Team who will be available for questions and photos on Tuesday 3rd June.

Visitors can also try their luck on a token slot machine where they could win prizes, including Castrol-branded mechanics gloves and a range of Castrol Castronomy™ merchandise.

When signing up to Castrol Service, or if already part of the network, registering for one of our partner products, visitors are in with a chance of winning our limited edition MEM Rally Team Castrol barrel table & chairs worth £1,000 - these have been a hit in previous years, so we thought why not bring them back with a twist!

The Castrol Technical stand (C88) will educate visitors on the importance of using the correct oil, and offers them the chance to win an ATF Transmission Flush Machine worth £3,5002 when our team help you build the correct stock profile for your workshop and show you the tools to confidently fit the right oil. Discover Castrol’s diverse product range spanning its 126-year history, from heritage and current products to those destined for cars yet to launch.

This includes giving attendees the opportunity to explore the expanding Castrol ON product range, which has been designed to help electric vehicles go further3, charge faster4 and last longer5

Also on display will be the Castrol Car Care Range, a new portfolio of workshop products to help technicians clean, maintain and protect critical vehicle components. The six new products include a dedicated brake cleaner, multi-purpose lubricant and DPF cleaning spray, silicone spray, rust remover, and radiator cleaner – all helping staff complete essential maintenance tasks to a high standard more quickly and easily.

Castrol and The Race Group will also be present in Automechanika’s Motorvate hall as silver sponsors, where guidance will be available for those who wish to further their careers or make a start in the automotive industry. Motorvate seeks to attract people from all walks of life, including those in school, college or university, tutors and apprentices, garage and bodyshop owners, industry bodies and those exploring mid-career changes.

Castrol and The Race Group have partnered with ProVQ, also in attendance at Motorvate. An independent, IMI accredited recruitment and training provider that focuses on high quality training within apprenticeships, ProVQ will match apprentices to a Castrol Service workshop.

Attendees can attend an Automechanika-hosted panel discussion in the new Motorvate area with a range of drivers, including Meirion Evans from the Melvyn Evans Motorsport (MEM) Rally Team who will be available for questions and photos.

Castrol’s partners will be on stand S70 to discuss their offerings to attendees on each day of the show, the first being with Garage Services Online (GSO) between 10:00am-12:00pm, outlining its offer to the Castrol Service network and detailing how a GSO website can help workshops attract new, profitable business. The second, from 12:00pm to 14:00pm, will see Tim Benson, Fellow of the Institute of the Motor Industry and Managing Director of multi award-winning Oldfields Garage Services, on the Castrol stand to help workshops unlock their full potential with the help of Castrol Service Consultancy.
