Delphi’s DS-Cloud helps garages work faster, smarter and more efficiently

Delphi has launched DS-Cloud, a new cloud-based platform designed to help garages and workshops securely store diagnostics reports, access vehicle history and gain insights that support faster and smarter repairs.

Integrated directly through the Delphi DS-Hub, the DS-Cloud automatically uploads and stores diagnostics sessions from Delphi’s current and previous-generation DS tools. Every workshop using Delphi Diagnostics can create a DS-Cloud account and link it to their PC or tablet - making it quick and simple to build a complete picture of the vehicles they service.

With DS-Cloud, workshops can securely save all diagnostics reports, then search, filter and view them anytime, from any device. Reports can also be downloaded or printed in PDF format for customer communication or record-keeping.

For garages working with loyal customers, DS-Cloud builds a detailed vehicle history, making it faster to identify recurring issues and improving the accuracy of future diagnostics – which ultimately can help improve customer service.

For distributors, DS-Cloud goes even further. The system can link to a network’s workshop management platform, giving managers visibility of most common fault codes, popular brands and models, plus, system trends across the network. These insights help inform stocking decisions, targeted promotions and relevant training programmes.

DS-Cloud is free for all Delphi DS users and works across both the latest and previous generations of Delphi VCIs. Reports remain stored even if a license has expired - and if a workshop uses multiple tablets or laptops, all can be linked to the same account for unified reporting.

Key features of the DS-Cloud include search reports by VIN or registration number, automatic syncing of past sessions (from DS software 2022.00 and later), clear dashboard insights on brands, models and systems diagnosed, GDPR-compliant handling of vehicle data, compatible with both classic and new DS software interfaces and no action required if a VCI is replaced as DS-Cloud continues seamlessly

With more complex vehicles entering the aftermarket, accurate record-keeping and rapid access to diagnostics history is becoming essential. Delphi’s DS-Cloud gives workshops the tools to stay organised, monitor activity and deliver better technical service - all without cost or complexity.
