DENSO makes part identification simple with new VIN Search

Locating the right replacement part can sometimes take longer than expected.

Using a vehicle’s VIN is the fastest and most accurate way to find the right DENSO replacement parts. The new VIN Search is now available on DENSO’s easy-to-use online catalogue.

Locating the right replacement part can sometimes take longer than expected. To make this process faster and easier, DENSO Aftermarket Europe has introduced a new VIN Search feature in its online e-catalog.

With the new tool, users simply enter their vehicle’s 17-character VIN number, and the system instantly identifies the matching DENSO parts. There’s no need to manually select make, model, or engine type — the VIN search does it all for you.

The VIN search connects directly to DENSO’s trusted supplier database to ensure maximum accuracy. Once the vehicle is identified, users see only relevant DENSO categories and parts available for that configuration, saving time and eliminating the risk of ordering the wrong item.

For cases where VIN is not found, the system clearly informs the user, offering easy navigation back to the manual search or support options.

Workshops, distributors and end users can all enjoy an intuitive and consistent VIN Search experience on both desktop and mobile devices.

Search results load quickly, show OE-quality data, and link directly to detailed product pages with images, specifications, and fitment details.

To protect the privacy of those searching the catalogue, the VIN, which is the main vehicle identification system throughout Europe, is used only to identify the relevant parts and is not stored on the system. As a result, DENSO processes the VIN strictly for fitment look-up purposes and does not retain it.
