Frasle Mobility expands warehouse to support growth

Frasle Mobility has expanded its UK and Northern Ireland warehouse facilities as part of a strategic plan to support growth

Frasle Mobility has expanded its UK and Northern Ireland warehouse facilities as part of a strategic plan to support growth, improve customer service, and respond to evolving market demand.

The company’s UK warehouse network spans three locations with sites Doncaster, Bradford and Northern Ireland. Expansions of these sites are designed to increase holding capacity to allow further development of its brand and product offering, and provide smarter distribution across the UK and Ireland.

Doncaster, Frasle Mobility’s main UK site, currently spans 60,000 sq. ft (18,288 sqm) and holds over 800,000 units across 4,500 individual lines from Juratek, Fras-le and Nakata, with work to extend the warehouse poised to commence next year.

The Bradford site, which houses Abtex products, has now grown to 20,500 sq. ft (1,914 sqm) and currently holds over 230,000 units across more than 3,800 individual lines.

Meanwhile, the Northern Ireland distribution hub has recently introduced a new mezzanine floor, increasing its footprint by an additional 2,647 sq. ft (246 sqm). This has enabled the accommodation of Nakata wheel bearings which launched to the UK market in April, making it the only UK site to stock all four brands with Juratek, Fras-le, Nakata, and Abtex on the shelves.

“These expansions are about more than just space, they’re about agility, speed, and future readiness,” said Toby Whewell, Sales and Marketing Director for Frasle Mobility in the UK. “With more inventory held locally, we can offer faster delivery, reduced lead times, and greater availability of the parts our customers need most. As our product portfolio grows, we’re investing in the infrastructure that allows us to scale efficiently while remaining customer-first in everything we do.”
