FRSH capitalises on its Carfume acquisition at Automechanika Frankfurt
FRSH Scents enjoyed a successful event, marking its first joint trade appearance since acquiring premium fragrance brand, Carfume, in May.
Created in 2017, FRSH Scents has become one of the leading automotive air fresheners brands. It offers an extensive range from the classic formats of hanging cards, liquid membranes, gel pots, scented polymer and vent sticks, through to its super sleek ultrasonic diffuser and exciting novelty vacation range.
Automechanika Frankfurt was the first opportunity since the acquisition for Carfume to be integrated onto the FRSH Scents stand, where it displayed its premium range of reusable car fragrances and lifestyle products inspired by the world’s best loved designer scents.
Both businesses were situated in Hall 3.1, on stand C63, which was also shared with associated company, Simply Brands, where a team of experts were on hand to help visitors with any enquiries.
While FRSH Scents, Carfume and Simply Brands are separate, independently run brands that exhibited side by side at the show, JRP Distribution is the UK and Ireland distributor for all three companies.
The stand experienced good footfall and continued engagement from international buyers throughout the event, with visitors particularly interested in the expanded product lines from each brand, which will maintain the rapid European market expansion seen since the previous Automechanika Frankfurt in 2024.
Ollie Page of FRSH Scents, Carfume and Simply Brands said: “We were thrilled with the reception we received at Automechanika Frankfurt. It was the first time FRSH Scents and Carfume exhibited together and you could see the interest that the acquisition created throughout the event.
“Air fresheners are a high volume impulse purchase for customers, so we were delighted that both the FRSH and Carfume ranges had immediate appeal to trade buyers and were pleased to secure significant orders and establish critical new retail partnerships throughout the event.”
