GSF boosts support for Lancashire garages with new Blackpool branch

GSF Car Parts has cut the ribbon on a new branch in Blackpool

GSF Car Parts has cut the ribbon on a new branch in Blackpool, boosting support for local garages with 65% more stock available locally and improved access to parts, service and expertise across the region.

The opening marks GSF's 14th new branch of 2026, underlining the company's continued investment in expanding its UK network to better serve customers. Located in the Blackpool Technology Park in Bispham, it will provide support to the local area and is strategically located to strengthen GSF’s presence in the north of the town.

It’s the first satellite branch to open this year, which will support the existing branch located around 25 minutes away near Blackpool Airport. A team of eight full-time employees and four vans will operate from the site.

Glenn Dainty, Branch Manager of Blackpool and Blackpool North, said: "This investment is fantastic news for local garages and the wider Blackpool area. Demand from customers across the region continues to grow, and having a second branch means we can offer even better availability, faster deliveries and an improved service. Independent garages are at the heart of our local automotive community, and this new site will help us support them more effectively than ever before."

Steve Horne, Chief Executive Officer at GSF Car Parts, added: “Our nationwide expansion program continues with another site, and we're delighted to be investing further in Blackpool and Lancashire. The area has been incredibly important to our business for many years, and this new branch demonstrates our commitment to supporting local garages, creating employment opportunities and delivering the exceptional service levels our customers expect."
