Intermotor appoints new Projects Director to support expansion and growth plans
Intermotor Group has announced the appointment of Emily Toomey as Projects Director, to support the company’s strategic growth and international expansion.
In her new role, Toomey will oversee and coordinate projects across the business, ensuring key initiatives remain on track and aligned with the company’s wider objectives. Her responsibilities include managing cross-functional projects, supporting operational development and helping drive market expansion activities.
Toomey has been closely involved with the business for many years, having served as a Non-Executive Director for the past 12 years as part of the family-run organisation. During that time, she has supported several areas of the business, including finance and wider operational activities, giving her a broad understanding of the company and its long-term ambitions.
Commenting on her appointment, Toomey said: “Intermotor Group has always been a big part of my life, so I’m excited to take on this new role and help support the next stage of the company’s growth. What I enjoy most is the variety the role brings, the people I work with and the culture we’ve built as a business.”
One of the key focuses of her role will be ensuring projects are delivered efficiently as the company continues to evolve in an increasingly dynamic global market.
