LKQ SYNETIQ has appointed Justin Elliot as Sales Director to drive forward the business’ sales strategy

LKQ SYNETIQ has appointed Justin Elliot as Sales Director to drive forward the business’ sales strategy and market development.

Justin steps into the role at the joint venture with more than 13 years of experience at LKQ, Europe’s largest vehicle parts and services provider, having held a number of senior Director-level positions within the group’s Bodyshop Division. 

Alongside his appointment at LKQ SYNETIQ, he will continue his wider European responsibilities as LKQ Europe’s Head of Collision and Coating – Strategy & Innovation.

Justin will lead the execution of LKQ SYNETIQ’s sales strategy, with a focus on strengthening customer partnerships, supporting market expansion and identifying new commercial opportunities across the repair and insurance sectors. 

In the role, he will work closely with teams across marketing, operations and the wider LKQ organisation to deliver a coordinated go-to-market approach and ensure the business is well positioned to scale its recycled OE parts offering.
