Payment Assist and DebtStream take home gold in national credit awards
Payment Assist and DebtStream have taken home gold in the Best Lending & Credit Partnership category at the Credit & Collections Industry Awards. The ceremony, which took place at Eastwood Hall in Nottingham (21 May), celebrated innovation, collaboration and pioneering services that emphasise the best support customer outcomes.
With more than 100 entries shortlisted from companies across the credit industry, the event is considered one of the sector’s most prestigious awards celebrations. Payment Assist and DebtStream were recognised by the judges for their innovative technology partnership, which is accelerating digital collections capability and visibly enhancing the customer experience.
The two brands have been working in close partnership since 2025, with Payment Assist harnessing DebtStream’s digital collections platform to personalise self-service journeys across the collections and resolutions lifecycle. This provides greater digital flexibility and empowers customers with total account control.
