Registration opens for UK Garage and Bodyshop Event 2026

From diagnostics and fault finding to EV servicing, ADAS, compliance and changing customer payment expectations, the issues facing today’s workshops are more complex than ever. The UK Garage and Bodyshop Event (UKGBE) 2026 is set to tackle the topics that are keeping garage businesses up at night, as visitor registration officially opens for this year’s show at the NEC Birmingham on 3rd and 4th June 2026.

Garage owners, technicians and workshops can now secure their place at the event, which will bring together the tools, training and expertise needed to navigate major industry shifts - from EV and hybrid servicing, advanced diagnostics and repairs, MOT developments and ADAS, to wider regulatory and business challenges including SERMI, Block Exemption, Euro 7 emissions, data access, cyber security requirements such as UNECE R155 and R156, and evolving areas such as REES testing and customer payment models.

UKGBE is a must-attend event for independent garages and workshops looking to stay ahead in a fast-moving industry. From evolving vehicle technology to changing customer expectations and tighter margins, the event focuses on the practical tools, training and knowledge workshops need right now.

Along with free breakfast, visitors can look forward to hands-on access to the latest diagnostic equipment, workshop tools, parts, technical training and business support, alongside networking opportunities, live demonstrations and expert-led sessions tackling the biggest challenges facing garages today - including electrification, ADAS, diagnostics and workshop efficiency.

A strong line-up of leading suppliers has already signed up, giving attendees the opportunity to speak directly with manufacturers and distributors, compare solutions in one place and make smarter investment decisions for their businesses. Exhibitors already signed up to exhibit include Alliance Automotive Group (AAG), Autel, Bosch, Delphi, GS Yuasa, Hella, LKQ Euro Car Parts, MAHLE and Think Car.

Beyond products and equipment, UKGBE delivers practical learning and insight, with free content designed to help workshops improve productivity, profitability and technical capability.

Joanne Knowles, Event Director at Messe Frankfurt UK, organisers of UKGBE, said:
“UKGBE is built around what today’s garages truly need - practical solutions, accessible training and direct access to the brands shaping the aftermarket. Opening registration marks the start of the journey, and we’re looking forward to welcoming workshops from across the UK to two days of learning, networking and hands-on discovery at the NEC in June.”

The UK Garage and Bodyshop Event 2026 takes place at the NEC, Birmingham, on 3rdto 4th June 2026, and registration is open now and free for trade visitors here.
