Ruggero Semola retires from Dayco

Ruggero has been with Dayco for more than six years, a period during which Dayco EMEA Aftermarket has grown

Dayco has revealed that at the end of October 2025, its current Managing Director of EMEA Aftermarket, Ruggero Semola, shall retire.

Ruggero has been with Dayco for more than six years, a period during which Dayco EMEA Aftermarket has grown its revenue by more than 50%.

He was recruited as the company’s Managing Director in 2019 and has played a significant role in successfully navigating EMEA and Italy through some considerable changes, leaving them well positioned for the future.

Commenting on his forthcoming retirement, Ruggero said: “It has been an honor to have been part of the Dayco family, and although we have had to face some sizable challenges over the last six years, as a team, we have overcome the difficulties and enjoyed much success together”.

Ruggero will also be remembered for his contribution as a Board member of Dayco Europe Srl, and more broadly across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, where his leadership has been greatly appreciated.

Ruggero will continue in his role until he leaves the business at the end of month, when Marco Meliga will take over his responsibility as Managing Director of EMEA Aftermarket.
