Schaeffler hosts training at CCM Ewhurst in Surrey

• Schaeffler's Technical Services Manager, Alistair Mason delivered front of house training to the team at CCM’s Surrey site

CCM is an experienced car specialist offering MOT, servicing and repairs, with three locations based in Surrey and Sussex. The business has been a loyal and long term installer of Schaeffler products, so the original equipment manufacturer offered to deliver a front of house training session help the team sharpen their skills, as well as learn some new ones.

Schaeffler VLS UK Technical Manager, Alistair Mason, then provided some additional training on the REPXPERT side of Schaeffler Vehicle Lifetime Solutions, including a technical update on LuK transmission components, so the CCM staff can confidently talk to suppliers and customers about the products.

CCM’s Operations Director, Tina Drayson, commented: “We had a fantastic day with the team from Schaeffler, we were able to dive into product knowledge, best practices and how we can confidently educate our customers.
