Schaeffler to exhibit at first Road Transport Expo Scotland
Schaeffler will be at RTX Scotland, taking place on Wednesday 19th and Thursday 20th of November at the SEC in Glasgow.
Taking place over two days at the Scottish Event Campus in Glasgow, RTX Scotland will host around 70 businesses from the commercial transport industry, including vehicle manufacturers and component.
Schaeffler will have a team of commercial vehicle specialists will be on hand to discuss the company’s range of genuine original equipment (OE) quality commercial vehicle repair solutions, including clutches, complete hubs, NOx sensors and other hub repair products, such as the ingenious Repair Insert Unit (RIU).
Trucks face extremely harsh conditions every day they are on the road, which puts incredibly tough demands on all engine, transmission and chassis system components, making Schaeffler’s OE quality products a natural choice for forward thinking fleet operators and CV workshops.
“Better reliability equals better productivity when it comes to commercial vehicles,” said Neil Bailey, Strategic Regional Sales Manager at Schaeffler Vehicle Lifetime Solutions UK Limited. “The consequential costs of a truck breaking down or becoming unreliable and spending time off the road can be extremely high, making OE quality replacement components the logical choice. We’ve had fantastic engagement with visitors at previous Road Transport Expo shows, so we’re looking forward to meeting everybody at RTX Scotland!”
