Service manager responsible for transforming service department marks 25 years
MAHA UK has honoured the dedication, professionalism and expertise of one of its long-standing family members after 25 years of service.
Tim Davison joined the premium workshop equipment supplier as an engineer in 2001 and has been service manager for the last 15 years. He has transformed the department; his knowledge, adaptability and desire to go the extra mile for both customers and colleagues are what makes the aftersales department flourish.
Tim is a role model to new members of staff, while he enjoys the admiration and loyalty of the MAHA UK family. Everyone associated with the company looks forward to many more years of his guidance and leadership.
Reflecting on his time, Tim said: “My 25 years with MAHA UK have been full-on, challenging and rewarding. It has flown by, but that is down to the enjoyment of the job, the unpredictability every day brings and working with everyone at MAHA UK to deliver the best products and support we can.
“My priority, as leader of the service department, is to ensure the day-to-day running of the team is smooth. It is vital that our customers’ needs are met and engineers our supported.”
Outstanding leadership

To mark the occasion, Tim was presented with commemorative glassware and an experience gift voucher – a small token of gratitude for a quarter-century of exceptional service.
