Stephen K Amos special guest speaker for Garage Awards 2025

Much-loved TV presenter, comedian and actor, Stephen K Amos, has been announced as the special guest speaker at the Automechanika Birmingham Garage Awards 2025, hosted by the Independent Automotive Aftermarket Federation (IAAF) and headline sponsored by LKQ Euro Car Parts.

Taking place on Wednesday 4th June 2025 at the NEC Birmingham, during Automechanika Birmingham 2025, the awards will shine a spotlight on the outstanding achievements of garages, technicians and bodyshops across the UK.

With the nominated shortlist announced soon, the evening promises to be an unforgettable celebration of the sector’s very best.

Known for his honest, original humour and charming stage presence, Stephen K Amos has entertained audiences across the globe.

Whether appearing on stage, screen or TV panels like QI and Pilgrimage, his dynamic personality and quick wit make him a firm favourite with audiences of all kinds.

More recently he toured Australia with his show Oxymoron and appeared in Tim Burton’s Beetlejuice Beetlejuice, and is set to bring an extra spark to the Garage Awards evening.

The awards will feature 10 competitive categories, including Garage of the Year, Best Community Initiative, Young-Mechanik of the Year, and many more.
