T10 Automotive launches T10 Performance
T10 Automotive has announced the launch of T10 Performance, a new performance-focused organisation designed to help automotive businesses strengthen capability, culture, and long-term growth.
Launched to coincide with the company’s 10th anniversary, T10 Performance represents a clear evolution of the business. It moves beyond traditional training delivery to offer a more strategic, data-led approach to performance improvement, combining learning, coaching, and measurable insight. The new venture brings expanded capability, digital products, and a mission to drive meaningful change far beyond the automotive sector.
From training provider to performance partner
T10 Performance has been created in response to growing demand from employers for support that goes beyond skills delivery. Its model brings together structured development, performance diagnostics, benchmarking, and coaching, enabling organisations to track progress and link learning directly to business outcomes.
As part of this evolution, T10 Arena will launch as a new learning management system, one of the most comprehensive academies online, offering accessible training alongside bespoke workshops, coaching and assessments. This also includes Character DNA, an online profiling tool that helps individuals and teams understand how they operate and the environments and roles where those qualities are most naturally expressed and effective.
A Decade of Impact - a New Chapter Begins
After a decade delivering high-quality technical and non-technical training across more than 30 countries, T10 Performance marks the beginning of a new era with partner Skillsarena - one defined by innovation, partnership and a commitment to raising performance standards across different industries.
To signal their commitment, the Team have also recently opened T10 Performance’s first Campus in Chichester with a second Campus to follow in the coming months, bringing partnerships and innovation to the forefront of what they do.
