TechMan and AutoCare launch exclusive partnership

The new partnership provides a feature-rich, bespoke version of TechMan’s award-winning garage management system

TechMan has announced a major new partnership with AutoCare, unveiling an exclusive, fully funded garage management system package designed to give AutoCare members access to industry-leading digital tools at no additional cost.

The new partnership provides a feature-rich, bespoke version of TechMan’s garage management system (GMS), offering an unparalleled level of functionality compared to traditional entry-level packages on the market.

AutoCare members will now benefit from a comprehensive suite of professional-grade tools that streamline workshop operations, support technical accuracy, enhance customer service and help garages run more efficiently. Many of these features - including Haynes Pro E3 Technical Platinum and direct DVSA MOT history integration - are typically unavailable in equivalent packages from others in the market.

The AutoCare bespoke TechMan package includes key features and benefits such as unlimited users, unlimited support, invoicing, estimates and full vehicle history, full reporting suite, accounting exports (Sage, Xero, QuickBooks, TAS Books), PartsLink24 API lookup and ordering, Haynes Pro E3 Technical Platinum and direct DVSA MOT history integration.

Additional features include a customer portal with online authorisation, TechBot 24/7 technical support answer bot, web bookings from the workshop website directly into the diary, car sales module, telephone integration, plus full and fast training and onboarding.

This extensive feature set ensures AutoCare members can modernise their operations with zero upfront cost, supporting the network’s commitment to high standards, improved efficiency and a better customer experience.

Leo Freebairn, UK Sales Director at TechMan, commented: “We are delighted to partner with AutoCare to deliver such a high-value package at no cost to its network. TechMan has always been built around supporting independent garages, and this partnership gives workshops access to tools that make a real difference to day-to-day efficiency, customer communication and profitability. AutoCare members are getting one of the most advanced GMS offerings in the market - it’s a huge win for the network.”

Stacey Eade, Garage Network Sales & Operations Mnagaer at AutoCare, added: “This partnership provides real, tangible value to our members. TechMan’s feature set and their focus on supporting independent garages aligns perfectly with AutoCare’s mission.’”
