Thinkcar strengthens technical support with new appointment

Thinkcar has enhanced its technical support service with the addition of Colin Cooper to its UK-based team. 

The move reinforces Thinkcar’s ongoing commitment to providing best-in-class support to its garages and technicians - support that continues to set it apart in the sector.

Cooper will support Thinkcar’s increasing ability to remotely access a technician’s diagnostic machine, offering real-time fault diagnosis and assistance ensuring technicians can get back to work with minimal disruption and downtime.

Commenting on his new role, Cooper said: “I’m delighted to join the Thinkcar team. My role is to support workshops quickly and efficiently. It helps save our customers a huge amount of time and frustration and we’re continuing to invest in ensuring we have the products and software available to meet their ongoing business requirements.”
