WAI integration continues to strengthen market presence and customer value

WAI has reported significant progress in integrating the PSH brand into the WAI portfolio since acquiring it in late 2024, demonstrating tangible benefits for customers and strengthening its presence in the market.

WAI has successfully brought both brands together at multiple leading trade events across Europe this year, allowing the aftermarket to see firsthand the combined strength and scale of the two brands under one roof. The market response has been overwhelmingly positive, with customers recognising the synergies now at play.

As part of the integration process, WAI has made several strategic operational changes to further unify the brands and streamline service delivery, this includes relocating its UK distribution operations from Bognor Regis to Huddersfield. Plus, WAI’s facilities in China, Poland, and the Netherlands have also all been moved to new locations, improving supply chain efficiency across the board.

These changes mark a major milestone in WAI’s ongoing growth strategy, enhancing its capability to deliver a broader product offering with improved logistics and customer service across the continent.

Richard Welland, Chief Commercial Officer at WAI Global, commented: "The integration has progressed exceptionally well. We’ve exhibited at numerous trade shows across the region over the first half of this year under the joint WAI and PSH banner – and it’s been very well received. The team has been connecting with our valued customers - both new and existing - and showcasing the breadth of the new, extended WAI product portfolio including market-leading starter motors, alternators, plus, air conditioning and OE products.

“We’ve also been making strategic facility moves to align both brands under a shared vision; to offer more, deliver faster and operate smarter. By bringing our distribution networks and expertise closer together, we're expanding our capabilities and delivering even greater value to the market."
