ZF Aftermarket UK has launched ZF MultiScan, a brand-new digital platform designed to provide modern workshops with access to protected diagnostics, offering a new way to read over 35,000 different systems used by a variety of vehicle manufacturers.

Developed to simplify the responsibilities of the modern technician, ZF MultiScan offers comprehensive multi-brand diagnostic solutions that extend beyond passenger cars, providing for trucks, trailers and buses.

ZF MultiScan is intended to blend in seamlessly with the operations of a modern workshop, adaptable across all sizes of garages and tyre centres and upholding the same high standards throughout all applications. Reliable troubleshooting solutions are provided through secure OEM access and advanced calibration resolutions.

Mark Hallam, Head of Marketing UK & Ireland at ZF Aftermarket, said “ZF MultiScan is crucial to our new range of technical support. Access to diagnostics reports which were previously prohibited, can now be universally accessed by all garages. Technicians will continue to be supported by MultiScan in the future, through continuous monthly updates which support the latest diagnostic protocols and ensure real-time precision.”

Supporting diagnostics of passenger cars and commercial vehicles, including trucks, trailers and buses. ZF MultiScan applies an extensive vehicle database, giving workshops full access to every vehicle and system.

ZF MultiScan features Secure Gateway Access, allowing technicians to sign in just once and unlock OEM-blocked ECUs for advanced diagnostics.

Tyre centres are also supported by ZF MultiScan, helping to expand capabilities and broaden the range of services that can be offered.
