CDTi Expands PatFluid® Product Range with new Bags & Tanks

The four new bags complete CDTi’s PatFluid® Bag range, providing high-quality aftermarket replacements for a variety of vehicle applications

CDTi, a catalyst materials technology company developing products for emission control, clean energy and decarbonization markets today announced the expansion of its PatFluid® Bag Range with the launch of four new PatFluid® Bags and the introduction of a new PatFluid® Tank Range.

The four new bags complete CDTi’s PatFluid® Bag range, providing high-quality aftermarket replacements for a variety of vehicle applications with full parts coverage. In parallel, the new PatFluid® Tank range debuts with two empty replacement tanks, designed to be filled with PatFluid® and installed when original equipment tanks are damaged or faulty. Together, these products further strengthen CDTi’s offering for vehicle operators and garages seeking reliable, cost-effective solutions to maintain diesel particulate filter (DPF) system performance.

PatFluid® Bags are designed for vehicles equipped with flexible dosing systems as opposed to the traditional additive dosing tanks. Supplied ready-to-use, the empty bag can be quickly unclipped, replaced with a new unit, that is securely connected to the pump — offering a simpler and faster process compared to conventional tank refills. Each bag is a one-for-one replacement, supplied with the correct connector and filled with CDTi’s proven PatFluid® formulation, ensuring dependable DPF regeneration and reduced risk of filter blockage.

The new PatFluid® Tank range offers a repair solution for vehicles using additive tanks rather than bags. Delivered empty and ready for filling, these replacement tanks provide a straightforward solution when original tanks require replacement due to damage or failure. The ranges launches with the two most popularly requested parts and we will review adding further parts to the range in future.

“Completing the PatFluid® Bag range and introducing our new Tank range represents a significant milestone in supporting the automotive aftermarket with a comprehensive range of parts for DPF Additive dosing systems,” said Toby Brampton, CDTi “Our goal is to minimise downtime and maintenance costs while helping customers maintain compliance and extend the life of their DPF systems.”
