Cleaner, faster, single-operator brake bleeding

Laser Tools strengthens its workshop bleed-tool range with the 9168 Pneumatic Brake Bleeder & Fluid Extractor

Laser Tools strengthens its workshop bleed-tool range with the 9168 Pneumatic Brake Bleeder & Fluid Extractor — an air-powered vacuum bleeder optimised for professional brake bleeding. While the also 9168 easily extracts fluid from awkward master-cylinder reservoirs and low-viscosity systems, its primary role — and biggest advantage for technicians — is to provide rapid, controlled suction (vacuum) bleedingof brake and hydraulic circuits with a single operator.

Compact, robust and straightforward to use, the 9168 is supplied with a brake-bleed adaptor, a long silicone hose and a rigid nylon probe that reaches into tight reservoirs. A 2-litre sealed collection bottle and hands-free trigger clip keep the job clean and let technicians work safely and efficiently. Vacuum bleeding pulls brake fluid and air out through the bleed nipple into a sealed container. That approach offers tangible workshop advantages over pedal pumping or pressure-bleeding — especially for routine maintenance and targeted caliper or slave-cylinder work.

  • Brake bleed adaptor for direct fit to calipers / slave cylinders.

  • Hoses: 4 mm I/D × 1000 mm silicone hose & 4 mm I/D × 600 mm rigid Nylon pipe.

  • Hands-free trigger clip for continuous vacuum without operator fatigue.

  • Requires workshop compressed air to generate vacuum.

For modern workshops that need fast, tidy, single-tech brake bleeding — particularly targeted caliper and slave-cylinder work — vacuum bleeding is an efficient, low-mess solution. The Laser 9168 Pneumatic Brake Bleeder & Fluid Extractor combines a purpose-designed vacuum bleed function with a practical extraction probe for reservoir access.
