Comline launches CCM001 camshaft module for DV5 1.5‑litre diesel engines

Comline has expanded its engine programme with the launch of the CCM001 camshaft module for DV5 1.5‑litre diesel engines. Fully pre‑assembled, pre‑timed and pre‑lubricated, the module has been engineered to OE‑matching standards and designed to help technicians complete repairs quickly, accurately and confidently.
Each module arrives with every component needed for installation, including gaskets, seals, Comline‑branded RTV silicone and pre‑lube oil. Comline is also the only supplier to include the vacuum pump profile gasket, helping prevent fluid or gas leakage. This ensures a cleaner, more reliable repair. Workshops can expect to save up to one-and-a-half labour hours per job.

To further support technicians, the inside of the box lid features clear, full‑colour diagrams and technical instructions, including torque settings, tightening sequences, and RTV silicone bead placement. Best‑practice maintenance information – such as recommended 10,000km oil and filter change intervals – is also provided in multiple languages.
