Extra reach, extra muscle — the new Laser Tools’ 600mm breaker bar

Built from chrome-vanadium steel and finished with a hardwearing blue electrophoretic (ED) coating, the 9254 meets tough workshop demands

Extra leverage for stubborn fastenings: The Laser Breaker Bar (part number 9254) is a heavy-duty 600 mm (24") 1/2"-drive lever designed to give technicians the leverage they need to free off tight wheel nuts, head bolts, hub nuts and other seized fixings without resorting to repeated impact strikes.

Built from chrome-vanadium steel and finished with a hardwearing blue electrophoretic (ED) coating, the 9254 meets tough workshop demands. The tool exceeds the DIN 3122 reference breaking test (512 Nm) with a measured breaking point of 637 Nm, giving confidence that it will withstand heavy use. A replacement head is available (part number 1545) for long service life.

  • High leverage: 600 mm length gives significantly more turning force than a standard wrench, making it easier to break loose corroded or over-tightened fasteners.

  • Robust construction: chrome-vanadium material and ED finish for strength, corrosion resistance and long life.

  • Workshop ready: 1/2" drive fits standard sockets and accessories; replacement head available to extend tool life.

  • Simple and safe: a controlled, steady pull with a breaker bar reduces the risk of rounding fastener heads compared with hammering or repeated impact.
