HELLA has unveiled its K-LED QUADRA, a warning beacon that breaks conventional design standards to offer a bold new look for modern commercial vehicles, emergency fleets, construction machinery, and agricultural equipment.

Featuring a distinctive square profile and rounded corners, the streamlined form helps reduce wind resistance while staying strong and durable, so it can handle vibrations without compromising performance.

“The K-LED QUADRA combines standout aesthetics with the versatility needed for challenging conditions,” said Dave Clark, Product Manager for Universal Lighting at HELLA. “Its unique aerodynamic shape integrates seamlessly with auxiliary lighting to create a cohesive, modern look, while its rugged construction makes it an ideal choice for fleets handling heavy, slow-moving, or high-risk vehicles.”

The beacon combines an aluminium base with a polycarbonate mounting lens and is available in two variants: an amber lens with 16 high-intensity LEDs at 48W, and a dark lens with 32 LEDs at 96W. Both are multi-voltage (10–30V) compatible and rated for 12V and 24V systems.

“The QUADRA delivers a high-impact warning signal through its double-flashing and rotating functions, backed by approvals like ECE-R65 TA2 and CISPR 25 Class 5,” said Dave. “From hazardous goods transport to EMC compliance, we’ve ticked every box to give fleets complete peace of mind."
