JLR rear-mounted crankshaft locking tool for faster AJ200D timing service
A great addition to the Laser Tools’ range of special tools is their crankshaft locking tool (part number 9259) for the Jaguar Land Rover AJ200D family of diesel engines — a purpose-designed, Sheffield-manufactured solution that locks the crankshaft from the rear of the engine. Developed and manufactured in the UK by Laser Tools, the 9259 offers technicians a faster, simpler alternative to the OEM front-locking method that requires the front pulley and removal of the compressor.
