Laser Tools introduces manual vacuum extractor designed for modern high-capacity engines
New to the extensive Laser Tools’ range is this manual fluid extractor (part number 9398), a larger-capacity vacuum extractor designed in response to customer demand for a solution that can handle the increased oil capacities found in newer vehicles such as Ford Transit engines. With a 15-litre capacity and manually pumped vacuum operation, the 9398 provides a practical, portable way to remove engine oil and other low-viscosity fluids without the need for electrical power.
Suitable for use with engine oil, ATF, coolant, brake fluid, water and other low-viscosity fluids, the 9398 is a versatile workshop and maintenance tool that can be used across a wide range of applications. In addition to automotive servicing, it is also useful for draining cisterns, fish tanks and sinks, making it a flexible option for garages, workshops and general maintenance users.
The extractor is supplied with a 9 mm internal diameter (1 metre long) main tube/adaptor, plus two additional tubes sized 6 mm internal diameter and 4 mm internal diameter, used in conjunction with the main tube to allow the user to adapt the unit to different extraction tasks. With no mains or compressed-air requirement, the manual vacuum system makes the 9398 especially useful in mobile or low-access environments.
