Laser’s new Extendable Side-Hole Air Blow Gun — reach deeper, clean faster

Laser Tools adds a long-reach solution to its air-tool line-up with the Extendable Side-Hole Air Blow Gun

Laser Tools adds a long-reach solution to its air-tool line-up with the Extendable Side-Hole Air Blow Gun (part number 9229) — a simple, rugged pneumatic tool engineered to reach places a standard blow gun can’t, and to make long jobs more comfortable for the operator.

The 9229 combines a plated steel telescopic extension (415–750 mm) and a side-blow nozzle with a pistol-style composite handle. The side ports near the tube tip let you direct air off-axis into radiators, condensers, intercoolers, ducts and tight cavities rather than blasting straight ahead — ideal for dislodging trapped debris without having to remove surrounding components.

Why workshops and fleets will use it:

  • Extended reach: telescopic tube gives access to deep engine bays, HGV radiators, agricultural machine cores, condensers and HVAC coils where short nozzles can’t reach.

  • Side-blow action: side ports at the tip provide off-axis air flow to sweep out pleated radiators, intercooler fins and condenser cores without concentrating force on one point.

  • Operator comfort: the composite handle reduces cold transfer during prolonged compressed-air use and gives a secure, non-slip grip even in oily or sweaty hands — a practical advantage on long service jobs.

  • Robust construction: plated steel extension resists kinking and abrasion for dependable long-term use in harsh workshop environments.

  • Versatile applications: cleaning air filters, radiators, intercoolers, A/C condensers, oil coolers, cooling fans, wheel arches, ducting, battery trays, and general workshop cleaning tasks where reach and control matter.
