TERREPOWER’s Metalcaucho Brand Upgrades Its Thermostat Housing for the Aftermarket
Metalcaucho has introduced aluminium upgrade for multiple failure prone plastic OEM and aftermarket assemblies. Utilizing aluminum material with additional interchangeable inlets, removes both the high OEM failure mode and introduces additional consolidations for multiple OE part numbers and applications.
TERREPOWER has introduced another significant improvement for Metalcaucho-brand 03233 thermostat housing. The upgraded component, highly sought after for Citroën and Peugeot applications, now delivers improved resistance through the use of aluminum, while expanding vehicle coverage by consolidating six OE codes into one efficient part number.
This upgrade marks the second time TERREPOWER, working through its Metalcaucho brand, has enhanced the performance of this original part. In 2018, Metalcaucho became the first brand in the sector to provide three OEM part numbers for this type of aftermarket component worldwide in a single product. This pioneering solution combined three products into one by combining the different accessories it included. With this innovation, the company offers Metalcaucho’s customers a wider range of vehicles for a single spare part, which means reduced stock in their warehouses, higher parts turnover and a better fill rate.
