Three days, one epic weekend, it’s CarFest 2026!

CarFest presented by bp, the much-loved family festival founded by Chris Evans, which will be taking over Silverstone in August (28-30 August 2026), has today announced its highly anticipated day split line-up, alongside a wave of new talent including celebrity chef Tom Kerridge, Dame Prue Leith, presenter Richard Hammond, comedian Lee Mack and many more across music, food, wellness and entertainment. 

This latest announcement builds on an already star-studded line-up featuring Sir Tom Jones, Jessie J, Nile Rodgers & CHIC, Sophie Ellis-Bextor, Rick Astley, Sugababes and The Proclaimers. Together, it secures CarFest’s position as one of the most varied family festival experiences of the summers.

With tickets selling fast, Main Stage headliners are now confirmed by day: Friday opens with The George Michael Singers, followed Sophie Ellis‑Bextor, Gok Wan, with Jessie J closing off the first night of the weekend. Saturday’s party kicks off in style with Rick Parfitt Jnr followed by James Morrison, Sugababes and closes with the legendary Tom Jones; and Sunday closes the weekend with Elio Pace’s Billy Joel Songbook. Followed by Gabrielle, The Proclaimers, and Rick Astley with hitmaker Nile Rodgers & CHIC bringing the weekend party to a close. 

Joining the Main Stage is resident DJ James Carpenter aka Jumpin’ Jimmy Flash, who will provide the soundtrack to the weekend, as Chris Evans hosts the weekend’s festivities, as well as Elio Pace’s Billy Joel Songbook will own the stage on Sunday, promising a celebration that will take the audience down memory lane.

The popular Wigwam stage returns with a packed schedule, showcasing a mix of emerging talent and cult favourites across all three days - Friday features family favourites such as Nick John Wilson, Rosie Hollins, Miracle Piglets, Smith & Liddle and interactive slots like Play Your Charts Right; Saturday includes Charlie Ward, Flo Gallop, James Riley, Mr B Gentleman Rhymer and True Foxes; Sunday brings Teddy Swimz, Dance of the Dead, Jack Browett, Jason Graystone and family finales including Double Dolly’s Line Dancing.

Food lovers are equally well catered for, at FoodFest with Skoda hosting an impressive table of chefs and culinary personalities. New additions such as The Happy Pear, Tom Kerridge, Dame Prue Leith, Cyrus Todiwala, Glynn Purnell, Atul Kochhar, Big Nath and many more will deliver live demos, tastings and immersive food experiences. 

Presenters and food personalities including Gok Wan and Kwoklyn Wan will join the programme alongside recurring guests Paul A Young, Phil Vickery, Richard Bertinet, Lisa Goodwin‑Allen, Briony May Williams and Eva Humphries across the weekend.

During the day, over at StarFest, the focus will turn to conversation, comedy and inspiration, with a mix of household names, experts and authors appearing across the weekend. Guests across the StarFest Stage and The Author’s Stage include CarFest favourites, Rob Brydon, Lee Mack and Ben Miller joined by literary giant Marian Keyes, presenters Patrick Grant, George Clarke and Susie Dent, Olympians Matt Weston, Tabby Stoecker and Victoria Pendleton and comedians Harriet Kemsley, and Lucy Porter amongst a host of others.

As day turns to dusk, The StarFest Stage will transform into Club CarFest, which continues to build its name as a go‑to destination for feel‑good DJ sets with Chrissy Meechan, DJ Anna Higgs, Rickie & Melvin, Jack Keating and Toby Anstis, plus a very special set each day from Virgin Radio DJs  Huey Morgan, Emma B & Edie and Goldierocks.

For those looking to slow the pace, SpaFest is the restorative side to the festival experience that simply can’t be missed, with sessions centred around wellbeing, health and personal development across all three days. Contributors such as Dr Federica Amati, Kirsty Gallagher, Mr Motivator and Dr Rangan Chatterjee will lead a variety of talks and workshops designed to leave festivalgoers feeling recharged.

CarFest’s automotive roots remain at its heart, with the Cars programme bringing high-profile names (and action) to Silverstone. Appearances from Richard Hammond, Izzy Hammond and Mat Watson will sit alongside breath-taking live track displays, stunt shows and interactive experiences across the weekend.

Since launching in 2012, CarFest has raised over £28 million for UK children’s charities, supporting organisations including BBC Children in Need, Ellen MacArthur Cancer Trust, Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity, Starlight Children’s Foundation, Teenage Cancer Trust and Young Epilepsy. Every ticket purchased contributes directly to this ongoing impact, helping to make a meaningful difference to young people and families across the UK.
