ALLDATA Europe appoints Damian Milling as UK sales director
With more than 30 years’ automotive aftermarket experience, vast knowledge of motor factoring, manufacturing and independent workshops, ALLDATA Europe’s new UK sales director is poised to make significant impact.
ALLDATA Europe has announced the appointment of Damian Milling to the position of sales director. He will spearhead UK operations and support the leader in OEM repair, maintenance and diagnostic data to expand its footprint across Europe.
Damian’s appointment forms part of a strategic restructure designed to strengthen ties between ALLDATA Europe and its loyal network of partners who rely on OEM repair data in their daily operations. He will report to Peter Ballè, new ALLDATA Europe VP Sales.
With more than 30 years’ experience of the automotive aftermarket, Damian brings a wealth of knowledge spanning motor factoring, manufacturing, independent workshops and now repair data services.
His career began at Mill Auto Supplies, where he rose from the warehouse floor to become sales and marketing manager. He then went on to hold positions at ZF and then almost nine years with Mann+Hummel, a global leader in filtration technology. Damian’s ties to the trade are also personal, with close family connections to an independent workshop.
His experience, knowledge and pedigree, therefore, are undeniable, and Damian is confident his track record will be invaluable in his new position – helping ALLDATA Europe in its mission to provide OEM repair data solutions to automotive aftermarket professionals.
He said: “ALLDATA Repair is a need; it is a timesaving, profit-generating product that is in place to make workshops’ lives easier.
“Cars are becoming increasingly complex, and workshops cannot afford to guess. With genuine OEM repair data from ALLDATA Europe, jobs that should take six hours take six hours – not eight with only six billed.”

ALLDATA Europe is a brand that Damian has admired from afar, first encountered during a trade event. When he was searching for a new challenge, he was immediately attracted to the company and position and, after completing his first interview, he realised it was the only job he wanted.
Damian said: “From the very first interview, I told my wife: ‘I want to work there! Something feels special, and I’m excited.’ I was drawn, not only because of the quality of the product – which now covers 100 million articles from 44 VMs – but also to the company’s culture of enthusiasm and positivity.

Building on momentum
ALLDATA Europe has made significant investments in the UK since 2023 and continues to grow its presence in the continent too. Damian will oversee field sales, training and customer support teams, ensuring that every workshop – whether they buy direct, via reseller or referral partner – receives the same industry-leading support.
