Comline Group underlines credentials after ISO 9001:2015 recertification

Comline Group has demonstrated its commitment to quality and continuous improvement, successfully completing a comprehensive inspection

Comline Group has renewed its coveted ISO 9001:2015 certificate following an exhaustive audit of its quality management systems (QMS) and internal processes by British Standards Institute (BSI), under the UK Accreditation Service.

An international standard published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) – an independent, non-governmental organisation that develops and publishes international standards to promote global cooperation, safety and efficiency – ISO 9001:2015 is a framework and set of principles that helps organisations ensure they consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements, as well as continually improve their processes.

Comline Group has demonstrated its commitment to quality and continuous improvement, successfully completing a comprehensive inspection and meeting the standard of seven key quality management principles: customer focus, leadership, people engagement, process approach, continual improvement, evidence-based decision making and relationship management.
