E2R has announced the formal launch of its brand new E2R Training Academy, set to deliver high-quality training programmes across the UK automotive services sector. With over 30 years of industry expertise in collaboration with major brands, and now partnering with seasoned trainer Onkar Singh Chahal, E2R is poised to raise standards in both customer service and technical training nationwide.

About the Academy

Located at 5 Bodmin Road, Coventry (CV2 5DB), the E2R Training Academy will roll out its first training course—Service Receptionist Training—on 27th September 2025 (8.30am–3.30pm).

While this course focuses on developing front-of-house excellence, it marks just the beginning. The academy’s programme will extend across all technical disciplines, including:

  • Vehicle diagnostics

  • Service technician training

  • Advanced repair and workshop management

  • Future-ready skills for the changing automotive landscape

Courses will be delivered at the Coventry centre and at locations nationwide, ensuring accessibility for employers and individuals alike.

Meet the Lead Trainer: Onkar Singh Chahal

Onkar Singh Chahal brings decades of experience as a Master Technician, trainer and entrepreneur in the automotive aftercare sector. He has trained hundreds of staff across the UK and worked with leading brands, specialising in bridging the gap between technical skill and workplace performance.

Onkar is highly regarded for his ability to translate deep technical knowledge into structured training that empowers both technicians and customer-facing staff.
