FixMyCar has launched Aircall as its new communications platform for customer service. The switch brings an AI Voice Agent and automated workflows to the front line of FixMyCar's customer service operations, helping garages and drivers get the help they need faster and creating greater efficiency within the company’s customer service teams.

The AI Agent handles routine questions from both drivers and garages and directs calls to the right person quickly. That means faster support and responses for drivers and garages, and more time for FixMyCar's team to focus on the support that needs a human touch.

FixMyCar built its business on connecting drivers with trusted local garages. As the network's grown, so has the need for support that keeps pace with it. Aircall's customer communications platform gives FixMyCar's team the tools to do just that.

Ben Darby, COO at FixMyCar, said: "Our priority this year is adding value for our garage network and that includes investing in better support. Whether that's sorting out an issue quickly or helping a garage to win more work, adopting the Aircall communications platform and its AI technology will enable us to drive better response times and simplify how we manage calls. In turn this will help us deliver a more personal and consistent experience for our customers which is a key priority.”
