Frasle Mobility achieves record-breaking consolidated net revenue of R$1.4 billion

Frasle Mobility`s consolidated net revenue reached a new high in the second quarter of 2025

Frasle Mobility`s consolidated net revenue reached a new high in the second quarter of 2025. The company`s results reached R$ 1,4 billion, as disclosed to the marked this Wednesday, August 06. This result is 38.8% above the same period last year. Adjusted EBITDA reached R$ 238,4 million, an increase of 112.4% compared to the second quarter of 2024, while the adjusted EBITDA margin stood at 17.5%, approximately 0.9 percentage points higher than the same period last year.

The results for this period are driven by the commercial strategies implemented across various geographies, which sustained sales at significant levels to face the challenging market conditions, especially in the Americas. The acquisition of Dacomsa, completed in January, was a key factor in achieving these results.

"This year is characterized by different market challenges, including a more challenging environment in Brazil due to high interest rates, while the US is experiencing vehicle production instability, which has resulted in volumes slowdown in certain regions. We have mitigated these effects through a robust commercial approach in these countries and across the Americas, and we are exploring and expanding into other markets in Europe and Asia. This demonstrates the resilience of our strategy, which is designed to create value even in challenging conditions”, highlights Hemerson de Souza, Executive Director of Business, M&A, and Investor Relations at Frasle Mobility.

In the first half of 2025, Frasle Mobility reported consolidated net revenue of R$ 2.7 billion, 47.8% higher than last year. More than 54% of this total, approximately R$ 1.5 billion, comes from revenue from the international market. "We remain steadfast in our commitment to building a sustainable growth journey for the company, with a consistent and agile approach that allows us to adjust our strategy as needed, while staying focused on our business goals”, adds Anderson Pontalti, COO of Frasle Mobility.
