Keep Your Cool This Summer with MAHLE’s ArcticPRO® A/C Service Units
As temperatures rise and demand for vehicle air conditioning servicing surges, MAHLE is reminding workshops that its ArcticPRO® range of A/C service units delivers the precision, performance, and reliability needed to keep customers cool and businesses running efficiently.
Designed with the needs of the modern workshop in mind, MAHLE’s ArcticPRO® range offers fully automated and user-friendly air conditioning service for both R134a and R1234yf refrigerants. From passenger cars, commercial vehicles, agricultural machinery, and off-highway equipment to hybrid and electric vehicles, the ArcticPRO® units ensure optimal performance, easy operation, and minimal downtime.
The intuitive touchscreen interface, efficient refrigerant recovery and recharge processes, and integrated vehicle databases make the ArcticPRO® units ideal for independent garages looking to provide fast, accurate, and profitable A/C servicing this summer.
MAHLE ArcticPRO® is efficient and environmentally friendly. With the patented E3 fill process, the air conditioning system can be filled independently of vehicle and ambient temperature. The device’s especially engineered E3 pump runs an automated internal cleansing process, which allows the oil change intervals to be extended to up to 1,000 operating hours - an increase of tenfold - and the annual oil change no longer applies. The advantage: lower maintenance times and costs. In addition, the E3 connect nozzles allow the refrigerant to be fully recovered from hoses and service nozzles. This prevents the release of any environmentally harmful refrigerant and reduces costs further.
“A high-quality air conditioning service machine such as our ArcticPRO® devices helps to automate and optimise repairs. This is becoming increasingly important as more and more vehicles are equipped with complex air conditioning systems,” said Andy Lees, Head of Western Europe MAHLE Lifecycle and Mobility.
