Garage Talk 2025: Over 1 Million Audience reach for the Voice of the Trade

Garage Talk has announced a major milestone for 2025, reaching an audience of more than one million people across its platforms, firmly establishing itself as one of the most influential independent voices in the UK automotive aftermarket and garage community.

Through a combination of Garage Talk Online, the Garage Talk Unwrapped video magazine, podcast content, social media channels and extensive event coverage, Garage Talk has continued to grow by delivering honest conversations, industry insight and real-world stories from garages, suppliers, apprentices and industry leaders.

In 2025 alone, Garage Talk’s content has been viewed and listened to by over one million people, highlighting a growing appetite for independent media that genuinely represents the voice of the trade. Coverage has included major industry events, awards evenings, business features, apprenticeship pathways and in-depth interviews with key figures from across the automotive sector.

Garage Talk Unwrapped, the brand’s flagship video magazine, has been central to this growth, bringing face-to-face interviews and on-location event coverage directly to the industry. By focusing on people rather than press releases, Garage Talk has built trust with both its audience and industry partners.

The platform has also maintained a strong focus on the future of the automotive industry, regularly showcasing apprenticeships, skills development and career progression, while giving independent garages a space to share challenges, successes and honest opinions.

Ben Coates, co-host of Garage Talk Unwrapped, said: “Reaching over a million people in a single year is a huge milestone for Garage Talk. It shows there is a real appetite for honest, independent content that reflects the reality of life in the trade and gives garages a genuine voice.”

Vicky Coates, co-host of Garage Talk Unwrapped, added: “What makes this milestone so special is the people behind it – the garages, apprentices, suppliers and industry leaders who are willing to share their stories. Garage Talk is about representation, inclusion and supporting the future of the industry, and this reach proves those conversations matter.”

With a growing network of partners, contributors and supporters, Garage Talk is now looking ahead to 2026, with plans to expand its coverage, increase video output and continue championing the people who keep the automotive aftermarket moving.
