Garage Talk Radio Announces FixMyCar as Breakfast Show Sponsor

The partnership will see FixMyCar sponsor the station's flagship Breakfast Show as Garage Talk Radio continues to grow its programming and audience across the industry

Garage Talk Radio is pleased to announce that FixMyCar has become the official sponsor of its Breakfast Show for the remainder of 2026, bringing together two brands focused on supporting the UK automotive aftermarket and independent garage sector.

The partnership will see FixMyCar sponsor the station's flagship Breakfast Show as Garage Talk Radio continues to grow its programming and audience across the industry.

Broadcasting every Tuesday and Thursday from 8:00am to 10:30am, the Breakfast Show combines automotive industry news, interviews with aftermarket professionals, music and listener interaction, and has become a regular part of the working week for many people across the sector.

Vicky Coates, Marketing Director at Garage Talk, said: “We’re delighted to welcome FixMyCar as the sponsor of our Breakfast Show for the rest of 2026. They are a business that has built a strong reputation for helping motorists connect with trusted garages, while also supporting independent workshops across the UK. That makes them a natural fit for Garage Talk Radio and the audience we’re building within the automotive aftermarket.”

Amy Stone, Head of Communications at FixMyCar, said: “Garage Talk Radio has quickly established itself as an engaging new voice within the automotive aftermarket, creating content that connects with garages, suppliers and industry professionals. Following our recent management buyout, we’re focused on investing in partnerships that strengthen relationships across the sector, and we’re looking forward to working with the team throughout the remainder of 2026.”

The announcement comes during a significant year for FixMyCar, which entered a new phase of ownership following a successful management buyout led by Amanda Webb, Ben Darby and Matt Wrankmore.

For Garage Talk Radio, the sponsorship represents another step in the station’s continued development as it expands its lineup of presenters and specialist automotive programming while remaining focused on informing, entertaining and connecting the aftermarket community.

Listeners can tune in to the Garage Talk Radio Breakfast Show every Tuesday and Thursday from 8:00am to 10:30am at www.garagetalkradio.co.uk, via Alexa by saying “Alexa, play Garage Talk Radio”, or catch up on demand through Mixcloud.
