Imexpart rebrands to UPG UK & Ireland

This decision comes two years after the companies merged to offer the market a wide product portfolio

Imexpart Ltd (IMEX), has announced it will be rebranding as UPG UK & Ireland. This decision comes two years after the companies merged to offer the market a wide product portfolio of top-quality parts and unrivalled customer service.

Since joining forces in 2023, the business has undergone a period of strategic development, refining internal operations, modernising customer engagement and expanding its product offering. This name change brings the brand identity into full alignment with its parent company and global vision.

Martin Butterworth, Managing Director of IMEX, said: This isn’t just a name change, it’s a strategic reset. Since becoming part of UPG in 2023, we’ve strengthened how we work, invested in our people and systems and realigned our approach with the trade. Rebranding as UPG UK & Ireland reflects that transformation and better positions us for the future.”
