MAHLE UK strengthens engine cooling and air conditioning offering with major stock expansion
MAHLE has significantly strengthened its engine cooling and air conditioning proposition in the UK aftermarket, adding nearly 1,000 new references to its UK warehouse over the past 12 months.
The investment represents coverage for more than 50,000 passenger car applications now listed on Autocat, further reinforcing MAHLE’s commitment to providing distributors and workshops with the breadth and availability they need to keep vehicles moving.
More than 5,000 engine cooling and air conditioning references are now available from MAHLE’s UK warehouse in Bilston, West Midlands, supported by additional stock held within the company’s wider European network. The expansion reflects MAHLE’s continued focus on improving service levels and ensuring customers can access the right parts, when they need them.
Globally, one in three vehicles produced is equipped with a MAHLE compressor, condenser and radiator, a level of OE pedigree that continues to underpin the company’s aftermarket strategy. That expertise is reflected in MAHLE’s dual quality programme, which is designed to give the market greater flexibility without compromising on reliability.
Engine cooling and air conditioning parts identified with a “P” suffix denote Premium references that are identical to the components originally fitted by the vehicle manufacturer, while “S” suffix references provide a more competitively priced alternative that maintains trusted MAHLE quality standards. This approach enables distributors and workshops to select the most appropriate repair solution based on customer priorities, whether that is true OE specification or a more cost-conscious option.
Beyond parts supply, MAHLE continues to support workshops with the technical knowledge required to complete work efficiently and correctly. Free online training is available through the MAHLE training portal on training.mahle.com, alongside additional self-study resources via the MAHLE TechTool on techtool.mahle.com, helping technicians stay up to date with evolving vehicle thermal management systems.
