PDR Lever Bar from Power-TEC delivers controlled dent removal
Power-TEC continues to innovate in the PDR (Paintless Dent Removal) world with the introduction of its new Lever Pulling Bar with Aluminium Pad Puller (part number 92730), a tool designed to offer bodyshop professionals and PDR specialists controlled pulling force for both minor and more challenging dent repairs—without compromising factory paint finishes.
This 660mm leverage bar is designed for use as part of a hot glue-based PDR process. Ideal for addressing dents on panels, doors, bonnets and other vehicle bodywork, the tool comes equipped with a pivoting rubber foot pad for stable support, and a ball-jointed, height-adjustable pad holder that delivers smooth, accurate pulling action.
A key feature of the bar is its adjustable lifting point—offering 250mm of fore and aft movement—giving the operator complete control over the amount and direction of force applied. This allows for fine, gradual correction of shallow dents, or more assertive leverage where required on deeper indentations.
The tool is supplied as a complete kit including six assorted glue puller pads and a 125mm straight pad holder, making it compatible right out of the box with popular PDR equipment such as the Power-TEC Gluematic Glue Gun (part number 91237) and glue sticks (part number 92342).
Whether you're fine-tuning a shallow crease or tackling a more stubborn panel dent, the Power-TEC Lever Pulling Bar delivers professional results with precise control and minimal surface disruption.
