The new Laser Tools 9409 Tamperproof Hose Clamp Socket Bit Adaptor has been developed specifically for these applications, providing a quick, professional solution for removing and installing tamperproof hose clamps fitted to a wide range of Mercedes-Benz, Nissan, Renault and PSA Group vehicles.
Compatible with NORMA® hose clamps from 8mm to 160mm in diameter, including the complete TORRO® Tamperproof range, the compact adaptor features a precision-machined tri-point (3-point) profile that engages securely with the clamp, helping to prevent slipping or damage during servicing.
The adaptor can be driven using a standard 11mm spanner or socket, or directly with a 1/4" drive ratchet, making it easy to use in confined engine bays where access is often restricted. Manufactured from durable chrome vanadium steel, the adaptor measures just 25mm long with a 12mm outside diameter, making it compact enough to remain in any technician's toolbox.
